Har Ghar Dhyan: Mental Strength and Meditation Program

“Har Ghar Dhyan” is an hour-long session focused on mental health and meditation designed for school, college, and university students. The program, conducted by Kavita Khanna in collaboration with the Art of Living, equips students with the skills to enhance mental strength, boost efficiency, improve productivity—and all the while being happy.
